Born in pala,
kottayam, kerala, India on February 24th 1981. Had nice childhood playing with my
brother and around twenty cousins. I guess my uncle introduced cricket in my village
where we all tried cricket and various games....sometimes inventing new games
ourselves. My dad bought me two shuttle rackets when I was in 3rd standard and I
broke them hitting ground imitating John McEnro. Watched all the sports in
Doordarshan. I cant forget Steffi Graff and Boris Becker in tennins court
winning many grand slams, Germans winning Italia-90 worlcup, Seol Olympics,
Pakistan triumph 1991 world cup cricket, hero cup cricket ........
After completing 10th standard I joined St.Thomas College Pala for Pre Degree.
During those two years, I spent most of my time with physics, chemistry and
maths books.
Soon after my PDC, I joined M.A college Kothamangalam for electronics and
communication engineering. Though it didn‘t improve my technical skills
dramatically, it was a wonderful time staying with people of the same age
together exploring new avenues of life -:) I reckon, it changed my life a lot. I
played plenty of football and cricket leaving lots of good memories. I can't
forget those long nights, talking with my friends on various topics.
Despite the bad situation outside, luckily I managed to get a small job in
Bangalore and there started a new life living on my own money. However I
switched my job after six months for a better career prospect. I enjoyed
wonderful time with many of my cousins in different parts of Bangalore together
on weekends drinking, cooking, playing cards whole Saturday night and doing lots
of travel and window shopping.
During this period, I was lucky enough to travel to Germany on short term
assignments. First two times, it was short visits for two months and did lots of
travel in and around Germany. Travelled to many places outside Germany and
enjoyed the beautiful cities like Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna, Salzburg, Venice,
Milan, Pisa, Vatican and Rome. Thereafter, I had a long stay in Germany for
duration of 15 months, with only one visit to India in between. I enjoyed this
stay because I got plenty of time for myself. Reading few novels and watching
plenty of Hollywood movies. Also read technical books and tried to explore and
contribute to open source. Also wrote few articles on technical topics.
When I look back, I feel god gifted me with plenty of happy moments in life.
If you are reading this line, I must say that you have great patience to read my
nonsense.
